With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I have dedicated my career to advancing sustainability management across industries. As the Director of Sustainability Services at Deloitte Switzerland, I lead initiatives that help organizations achieve their sustainability goals. This includes providing strategic guidance in areas such as climate resilience, emission reduction pathways, and the transition to net-zero. I specialize in aligning financial strategies with sustainable principles, driving sustainable finance, and improving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ratings. My focus is on empowering businesses to integrate sustainability into their operations while ensuring long-term value creation and growth.
Environmental Management
In my previous role as Global Head of Environmental Management at UBS, I led the implementation of a comprehensive environmental program across 850 locations in 50 countries. I played a critical role in driving sustainability initiatives, such as the RE100 and Net Zero emission strategies, which were fully endorsed by the UBS Board of Directors. By enhancing UBS' environmental management system and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards, I helped establish the company as a leader in environmental responsibility. My work in environmental management spans a wide range of activities, from overseeing environmental reporting to advocating for human rights and sustainable practices within global organizations.
Climate Action
Climate action is critical in addressing the global challenges we face, and I am dedicated to helping organizations take meaningful steps toward combating climate change.
